Biography

Lucy-Leigh was born in London in 1981 and moved to Essex when she was just 2 years of age. It was obvious that by the age of 2 years old, Lucy-Leigh was a born entertainer and had many talents. Lucy-Leigh began singing at the age of 4 and participated in many shows across Essex for the elderly, blind and disabled. At the age of 6, she began quite naturally singing country music with Dolly Parton as her idol. Throughout her life Lucy-Leigh has always been singing and dancing. At the age of 13 she was introduced to the band Triple Cream, who invited her to sing with their band at various gigs throughout Essex and London. Lucy-Leigh also had the opportunity to record a couple of cover songs in the recording studio of Triple Cream. Lucy-Leigh has always known in her heart that country music is what she loves and her ambition is to fulfil her dreams. Not many people would give up the chance of becoming a doctor to pursue a career in country music. However, in March 2005, Lucy-Leigh returned from her studies to follow her dream of becoming a successful country and western singer. Lucy-Leigh already a qualified general nurse, now a Sister, aerobic and street dance instructor/gym instructor was 3 months away from completion of the course that would lead her onto studying a medical degree. In March 2005, she packed her bags and said goodbye to a future in medicine to pursue her dream. Lucy-Leigh has recorded a country c.d called 'Faith'. Lucy-Leigh will be releasing another c.d soon....... Currently Lucy-Leigh is in the process of writing her own album. Not only is she a talented singer, but also a talented songwriter. Most of Lucy-Leigh's songs are influenced by life experiences.
